About Cesar Carrera

I’m passionate about making healthcare more affordable and accessible. That passion stems from a genuine interest and appreciation for our patients – how can we provide them with the best possible experience with our providers? That’s the philosophy that I lead my practices off of, and it has proven effective over the course of my career in healthcare leadership. With full operational responsibilities for 4 locations, it’s vital that our practices are led with compassion, efficiency, and a focus on positive patient outcomes. I’m a lifelong learner and am currently pursuing 2 master’s programs in business administration and healthcare administration. I’m bilingual, with fluency in English and Spanish. I believe in using data to identify process gaps, inform decision making, and set benchmarks for our success. Outside of work and school, you can find me spending time with my family and children.
