As an IT Requirements Manager at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), I manage IT equipment planning, procurement, and execution for 28 Joint Reserve Intelligence Centers (JRICs) nationwide, enabling Military Combatant Commands to conduct their missions. I have successfully delivered multiple IT projects within budget and timeline, while ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.I am also a Battalion Communications Officer at the Washington Army National Guard, overseeing comms equipment and network infrastructure for training. I have a strong background in customer service management, interpersonal skills, and the Military Decision-Making Process, a blend of Lean Six Sigma and Scrum methodologies. I am currently pursuing my MBA in Cybersecurity at American Military University and a CAPM certification, aiming to enhance my knowledge and skills in this domain. My professional goals revolve around people and their overall success and development, and I strive to create a positive, hard-working, fun, and challenging environment with my team. I am an adept learner and a confident leader, ready to take on any new challenge and excel.I live in Washington State and live a very active lifestyle to include activities like working out, hiking, camping, and backpacking. I wrestled throughout middle and high school, winning state my senior year and wrestled 2 years in college. On the weekends I spend time with my friends but most of the time I am studying for classes and certifications. I have always had a growth-mindset and am always eager to learn new things and have a positive impact on those around me.
