Certified Electronics Engineer (ECE), Cisco CCNA & CCNP Routing Certified, ITILv3 Certified, Digium Asterisk DCAA Certified, Genesys GCP8-GIV Certified (Framework), Genesys GCP8-GVP Certified, Genesys GCP8-GIR Certified, Genesys GCD8-DCV Certified (Composer), Azure AZ-900 Certified An Alumnus of University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelors Degree in the field of Electronics and Communications Engineering. On my OJT I worked in Department of Health Maintenance Division where I learned mostly about Computer Troubleshooting, Networking, Cabling and other computer related jobs. After I passed the National Exam on OCT 2012 ECE Board Certifications for Electronics Engineer, I started working immediately as a On-Project-Basis Network Engineer in Network Depot where I have experienced building a call center office from scratch from cabling to setting up IP phones with CME, Cisco Switches and other Hardware. I also learned there to train students and speak in front of a crowd and connect. I then joined Regus as a Senior Level 1 Voice Support Analyst and was promoted to Senior Level 2 Voice Support Analyst in less than a year. This is where I learned a lot in different PBXs mainly Cisco, Asterisk, Avaya, I3, Nortel etc. From there I joined Concentrix Broadview Account where I learned a lot about VOIP and how Service Providers work in the US, how they operate and different services they offered. I again joined Regus as a Senior Level 3 Voice Services Engineer which handles mostly Problem Management and final level of escalation, conduct training for support, UAT testing of New Sites and other projects such as conversion from MPLS to VPN and upgrade of Asterisk Version. Currently I am in Genesys Solutions, Voice Self Service Team where we mostly handle IVR and Recording related products of Genesys. I focus mainly on GIR (Recording), GVP (IVR), Speechminer, GIA (Speechstorm) and Composer (Voice Applications). As a hobby I love going on a Mountain Hike, Beach Bum or travel either local or international (love Japan so much been there 4 times). I love to train for triathlons, long distance open water swimming and Dragon Boat race. On rest days I binge watch series (I'd rather wait for the whole season to finish except for GOT cause of spoilers), watch movies or play computer games in my spare time. This is why when choosing the Company I work for, my priority is always work life balance specially now when I have my new born, very cute and fluffy Son Alab (means fire in English), update now a father of two :D.
