Qualifications: • Large experience in advising and managing strategic and multidisciplinary projects, both internal and external, with the management of internal teams and service providers from several areas. • Participation and leadership in 5 M&A transactions with publicly traded companies (ranging from R$ 150 million to R$ 2 billion). • Operational, corporate and financial restructurings up to US$ 150 million aimed at synergy and business performance. • Significant reduction and reversal of contingencies and/or amounts involved over R$ 600 million through risk mapping and implementation of preventive measures. • Prospecting, recognition of active tax credits and monetization of tax credits, along with mapping several legal theses. • Involvement in financial restructuring processes, consisting of complex operations and foreign counterparts, including due diligence processes. • Implementation and adoption of legal management systems that generate strategic data, establishment of internal processes and development of KPIs and standardization of the area's database • Establishment of the Corporate Governance and Compliance area, including the adoption of a Code of Ethics and Conduct, Internal Policies and Procedures, alignment with UN SDGs, ESG practices, a Whistleblower Channel and interaction with internal/external audits and investigative processes. • Experience with CVM/B3, overseeing and conducting General Assemblies with over shareholders and ability to navigate through Boards of Directors, Fiscal Councils and Committees. • Real estate regularization of over hectares from property ownership to the regulation of economic activities. • Participation as a member and director of committees on legal matters, governance and tax issues. • Business macro view, supported by prior experience in finance, treasury, accounting, human resources and technology.
