About Cesar Rios

I'm a dynamic manufacturing manager with a strong foundation in mechanical design and R&D, backed by a mechatronics engineering degree and an MBA in progress. I specialize in scaling operations from concept to execution—bridging the gap between engineering and production. At Tormach, I led the launch of the 1500MX mill’s manufacturing line and managed a 30+ member team across production and warehouse functions. I’ve also planned and stood up two new manufacturing and sq ft—transforming empty space into high-performance, lean-driven operations. Before transitioning into manufacturing leadership, I worked as an R&D mechanical design engineer, giving me a deep understanding of how great products are built—from prototype to production line. This dual perspective helps me align teams, eliminate friction, and scale quality at speed. I'm open to international opportunities in advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, or product-centric operations leadership—anywhere innovative engineering meets hands-on execution. Let’s connect and build something smarter.
