In the field of electric motors—where Dema boasts over 70 years of experience in rotor and stator production automation—the company primarily serves the automotive, home, and industrial appliances sectors. We specialize in highly advanced processes, including stacking, joining, inspection, and assembly. I firmly believe that innovation is driven by people. Leading a cohesive and motivated team is a key aspect of my work.
