Background
About Cess Mancilla
I’m a Transformation & Project Lead driving enterprise-wide initiatives across corporate, finance, legal, marketing, and operations. Trusted to step into complex, newly created roles, I deliver measurable results: 40% faster compliance turnaround, 71% faster data extraction, 300+ staff hours saved annually, and 45% increase in training output. I partner closely with executives and VPs to implement AI-enabled solutions, prompt-engineered workflows, and scalable processes that optimize operations and enhance cross-functional collaboration. With experience at Dechert LLP, Wendel Rosen, and Ocean Tomo, I’ve designed initiatives that foster engagement, streamline workflows, and integrate technology—always keeping people at the center. Currently expanding expertise with certifications in Google AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Post-Merger Integration, I combine transformation leadership, change management, and strategic insight to turn vision into execution, build scalable solutions, and drive measurable organizational impact
