About Cezar Tatar

I am passionate about the automotive and IT fields, especially when it comes to cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure. I enjoy working on meaningful challenges and learning through hands-on experience. I'm a highly autonomous person who values continuous improvement. I'm currently enrolled at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, in the 4th year of studies in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology. Alongside my studies, I'm gaining practical experience as a GRC - Compliance Intern at Emerson, where I contribute to ISO 27001, TISAX and NIS2 related initiatives. I help with documentation, audit preparation, and awareness campaigns like Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and I manage the GRC SharePoint page to centralize resources and improve collaboration. I’ve also attended a NIS2 conference to deepen my understanding of regulatory frameworks. When I’m not on the job, I love long walks through nature, mountain biking, or going on city breaks.
