Logistics Team Member | LCL Air & Ocean | Logwin Poland Since the beginning of 2024, I’ve been developing my career at Logwin as part of the LCL Air & Ocean team, supporting logistics operations in the import process. My responsibilities include coordinating shipments, working closely with our warehouse, customs agency, international partners, and freight forwarders across Poland. Working in this dynamic environment allows me to sharpen my analytical, communication, and organizational skills every day. I’m learning to stay agile in changing conditions, verify documentation with precision, and solve operational issues – often in an international setting. I use CargoWise One and Excel on a daily basis to manage processes and generate reports and data analyses. I’m currently studying Management at Gdynia Maritime University, specializing in Transport and Logistics Systems. This part-time program allows me to combine academic learning with hands-on experience, giving me a deeper understanding of how complex logistics processes function. This role has helped me build key soft skills such as leadership, project coordination, and relationship-building – all of which I bring to my professional life as well.
