About Cha Her

My faith in God, my wife, and my children are my motivation to continually strive for excellence. I was raised by a single mother who, despite not speaking or writing English, successfully raised 11 children with love and provision. From her, I learned the values of hard work, focus, and passion in all that I do. I possess the heart of an entrepreneur and a teacher, and I firmly believe that everyone has a chance at success when provided with the right tools and support. Leadership is one of my core values—I aim to lead by example, positively influence others, and treat people with respect and dignity. As a Real Estate Investor, I own and manage my properties. Currently, I work as a Lease Processor at Wolf and Kline Property Management, the leading property management company in Lancaster County. Wolf and Kline is distinguished by its commitment to providing quality care for property owners, tenants, and the properties they manage. I am eager to connect with others to explore how we can collaborate to improve our community and positively impact lives, one person at a time.
