As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Broadbean Technology, I lead and coordinate multiple software implementation projects for clients across various industries and regions. I partner with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and recommend the optimal software configuration and/or campaign strategy to achieve them. I communicate consistently and effectively with all relevant stakeholders, keeping them up to speed with project progress, risks, and milestones. I adhere to established project SLAs and document variances from timelines accordingly. I have a Master's degree in Technology Management from Eastern Illinois University, where I developed my research, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. I also have a diverse and rich background in project engineering, graphic design, and management trainee roles, where I gained valuable experience in product development, customer service, and leadership. I am passionate about excellence, innovation, and learning, and I strive to be an inspiring asset to each organization I am part of.
