About Chad Booth

I have dedicated my career as an employee engagement leader to helping companies tap into opportunities to allow their employees to contribute to the community. I have helped several companies drive their corporate and social responsibility programs and initiatives. I am an expert in employee communication strategies and have helped over employees engage with their communities through service. I am known for my ability to shape employee communication strategies and build robust programs including employee recognition, enablement, referral, and retention programs—adding value that cascades through every level of the organization. I’m passionate about volunteering and giving back all over the world. I’ve helped over 300 people shift their perspective on life by leading excursions into the Andean Mountains and Amazon regions of Ecuador. My programs and curriculums have helped companies excite employees and drive morale, ultimately translating to increased retention and better recruiting results. At the forefront of everything I do is my commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
