About Chad Borek

After the military I struggled to find my place in the civilian workforce. As a 27 year old fresh out of the Navy, with only experience in navigation and climbing to the top of my ships’ mast, I thought I had to start all over because “how does any of those skills correlate to the civilian work place?” If I had known then, what I know now, my dream job in cell tower climbing was right there and I never knew about it. Instead, I am blessed to own and operate my own staffing business, and my goal now is to help other fellow vets learn about these amazing career opportunities that are out there, that I never knew about! If you are a veteran who misses getting out of your comfort zone, and misses the culture of brotherhood and true accountability, this could be your transitional step to a rewarding career.
