About Chad Bouchard

Over the last 20+ years I had been self-employed, owning 2 pre-employment screening companies. My experience running my own companies has taught me to adapt to challenges on a daily, and even an hourly basis. I had to think on my feet, and be able to tackle problems on the spot, and come up with positive decisions that help my clients and my own business. My businesses taught me how to be responsible for my daily actions, and to also map out a successful future path. I recently held the position at William Hill as an In-Play Trader. Due to the current, and future expansion of sports betting, as well as my long standing interest in sports and the sports betting industry, I decided to take on this new career. Skills that I developed from running my own companies have enabled me to fit into the sports betting industry seamlessly. Quick and detail oriented decisions as an in-play trader are key to that position, which is something I was accustomed to performing daily in running my companies.
