Developed two decades of expertise in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem involving biopharmaceuticals, payor systems, medical device and technologies, and specialty pharmacy across numerous fields of medicine with some of the most respected healthcare companies including Sanofi, Stryker, and Galderma. Responsible for launching, developing and renewing commercial teams, brands, divisions and companies from start-up to public with P&L’s up to billions of revenue. Consistently provide positive matrix leadership with disruptive market strategies, artificial intelligence data and digital transformation, along with sales & marketing effectiveness and optimization leading to a history of stellar performance. I have been fortunate to experience the responsibility of building, leading and winning with the most respected commercial teams in the healthcare industry, all while demonstrating customer centricity and building a positive culture and focus on the development of each teammate. I am thankful I have had incredible mentors in all aspects of my life whether professionally, non-profit focus, community service responsibilities, and coaching and mentoring of others throughout my career. I hold a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Cornell University's Johnson School of Management in Ithaca, New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University’s Rawls School of Business in Lubbock, Texas. After two decades of growing expertise within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, I have co-founded CORGANICS leveraging my knowledge and experience to launch a company dedicated to healthcare professionals and their patients in an incredibly exciting area of natural, alternative cannabinoid therapy that millions of patients are seeking and already self-treating with. My belief is that the healthcare provider should be central in the conversation and provide their patients with the highest quality, safest, cleanest, and transparent cannabinoid therapy available to them.
