About Chad Conrad

I am a BIM Centric Architect with a varied level of experiences. I have spent many years wearing different hats within the AEC community and believe that these experiences have given me a more well rounded outlook on the Architecture profession. My approach to delivering the built environment has been enhanced by different exposures to Design Build and factory fabrication. The means with which we can deliver the built environment can be much more time and material efficient through the use of digital tools and modern manufacturing processes. The Master Builder I strongly believe that to effectively deliver the built environment The Architect needs to be in full control of the entire Design and Construction process. The ability to perform as Architect As Developer or Architect | Build format can allow this to be realized. Pre-Fabrication Construction and development can be made far more efficient by the use of per-fabricated solutions. We now have the ability to directly accelerate the construction process by the use of off site fabrication techniques and ensure optimal quality by more stringent quality control measures.
