Over ten years of QSR and Hospitality experience, from opportunities in FOH operations up through Regional Management and Directing positions. I take each win to heart, big or small. It is my responsibility as the Regional Director of Catering and Customer Support Manager for Homegrown Sustainable Sandwiches to: • Conducts daily, weekly and periodic client follow up by phone, email and in person. • Works closely with Marketing team to truly capture as much traction as possible via four wall marketing / ground level and online presence. • Work closely with the Regional Director of Operations on sales strategies, performance and accuracy. • Process orders received daily by phone, email and on-line in an accurate and timely manner. • Verify customer account details; address, alternate billing / delivery address, etc. • Directly oversee other CSR’S to assist them with executing daily tasks, hitting sales targets and growth. • Log details of all calls, issues and customer interactions in CRM database. • Organize and over see eco-friendly volunteering events with internal partners and leadership. • Understand and comply with current promotional deals and programs. • Work closely with Operations team to ensure order accuracy, personnel and product meets the highest standards on a regular basis. • Work closely with IT on our 3rd party online ordering system, insuring that our guests are satisfied with online ordering procedures, promotions and protocols. • Supports leadership team's new initiatives through any department. • Work closely with Product team on new menu offerings, client feedback, and collecting consumer insights on product. • Work closely with Catering Production and Fleet Manager on how we can improve and continue to evolve our delivery processes.
