About Chad Cross

I am the Production and Technical Manager at StairLock. I over see the manufacuring of all the solid timber staircases which are manufactured in Adelaide and then distributed nationally. I am in charge of scheduling, providing technical support to sales, estimating, measure and installations all around Australia. I also do all the estimating for all the solid timber staircases. I have 24 years of experience constructing solid timber staircases and 15 years experience installing solid timber staircases. In addition to this I have 7 years experience in managerial roles. I also played a crucial role in the planning and execution of the relocation of our production facility. Project managing the entire exercise. I have a degree in foundation studies from the University of South Australia, a Cert IV in Frontline Management from AIM and undertaken extensive lean training. I pride myself on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within business and increasing productivity.
