About Chad Daniel

With over twelve years of experience in administrative and supervisory positions, I am passionate about developing and implementing quality assurance and training programs that enhance the performance and professionalism of all employees. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator at the City of Burleson, I leverage my leadership, policy development, and feedback skills to manage operations, schedules, payroll, and interdepartmental communications for the Public Safety Communications Department. I am committed to aligning the department's policies with industry standards and best practices, and to creating an interactive and engaging learning environment for the staff. I value teamwork, collaboration, and diversity, and I strive to bring different perspectives and experiences to the table. In my current role, I have developed an innovative Police and Fire dispatch training program that assists all telecommunicators in their growth and development. The program incorporates various learning methods, such as simulations, scenarios, quizzes, and feedback sessions, to ensure the telecommunicators are proficient and confident in handling emergency calls and dispatching units. I also work in the full capacity of a Call Taker and Dispatcher as needed, demonstrating my ability to multitask, prioritize, and cope with stress. Additionally, I have restructured the department's policies to comply with the guidelines and standards of multiple nationally recognized emergency number organizations, such as NENA, APCO, and IAED.
