Background
About Chad Detwiler
I have a passion for volunteer mission experiences. I have led people for over 25 years on missions locally and internationally and no other activity compares to the personal bonding and feelings of making a difference. My first mission experience was on a church ASP (Appalachia Service Project) mission as a youth and have felt called to this area of service since. In September 2018 I had the opportunity to start a new 501(c)3 nonprofit called Recovering Oklahomans After Disaster, Inc. R.O.A.D. impacts the most marginalized people across the state with free home repairs utilizing volunteers and a vocational training program that teaches construction disciplines through disaster recovery. You can learn more and support this work at disasterROAD.org.
