I am a forward thinking remote based Project Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in maintenance management, manufacturing, and capital project engineering where more than 10 years served at the management and/or staff level. My strengths lie in self-management, self motivation, CAPEX project management, process improvement, and integration of business strategy at all levels of an organization. In my managerial roles, I have helped to restructure maintenance programs, launch new asset management systems, increase productivity and efficiency, support continuous improvement, and utilize root cause analysis. Whether I am working on a specific capitalized project, or a new product being launched, I strongly feel that my personal interaction, understanding, and empathy for the workforce are the keys to successfully completing a goal. Using research and observation, I create a basic understanding of a situation, effectively communicate available options, and then work to develop opportunities for improvement. I take initiative by recognizing what needs to be done and can be counted on to get the job done from start to completion. I am a responsible and organized worker who can manage multiple projects within a complex and ever-changing work environment. I firmly believe in developing myself and the workforce through continued education, cross-training, and continuously challenging each other to work outside of our comfort zones. It is my goal to utilize a combination of my MBA, engineering degree, and experience to bring a larger and more inclusive perspective to each and every new project to ensure that corporate goals are met with the conclusion of each project. Project goals withstanding, I also strive for a safe and high quality work environment for those employees that I may affect with my projects, because they are impacted each and everyday in their newly modified environment.
