About Chad E. Sepulvado

Chad is the team leader of the oil, gas, and energy division of the firm. He is a life-long resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, and a cum laude graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana, where he majored in Political Science. Chad obtained his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University in 2007. He has an extensive oil and gas practice and has rendered and overseen completion of hundreds of title opinions for many different types of clients, ranging from major publicly-traded companies to family-owned operators and investor groups. In addition to title examination, Chad has represented numerous operators in varied oil and gas litigation, including disputes over maintenance of mineral rights, breach of contract, and landowner disputes. He additionally represents clients before regulatory and administrative agencies in the State of Louisiana. Chad is a member of the Shreveport Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen, and the Houston Association of Professional Landmen.
