An influential and empathetic leadership style I have an innate ability to impart the organizational mission to my teams, set clear and consistent expectations for them, and empower them to execute with excellence and deliver extraordinary services A passion for advocacy and spreading awareness I serve on several advocacy committees, engage with community partners, train stakeholders, and speak at conferences. I have also successfully lobbied state representatives to adopt legislation that enhances the lives of persons with disabilities.
