About Chad Elledge

As a long time transplant of O'Fallon, MO in St. Charles County, Chad understands the needs of the clients and REALTORS in his area. He strives every day to stay relevant and knowledgeable in the local market. He consistently stays abreast of the local market conditions by maintaining involvement in the local Association of REALTORS, in addition to local and state civic and community engagement and non profit groups. Prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2021, he worked as an office manager at a local independent brokerage and transaction coordinator for 4 years, in addition to owning/operating several residential rental buildings. Before entering the real estate industry Chad ran several small businesses ranging from managing a dance studio to managing 12 retail locations at once. These experiences instilled in him the understanding and importance of maintaining relationships and systemizing to remain consistent for the consumers. Outside of real estate, He takes pride in giving back to the community and has served on various non-profit organizations when he is not spending time with his husband and his menagerie of pets (including two macaw parrots).
