About Chad Erickson

Operations and cost minded individual whom excels working and negotiating with others and loves working with numbers. Current and past experience working in a 3PL, steel industry, LTL cross dock and courier world operations. I worked in the courier industry for 3 years, taking on numerous positions and under took some failing departments and turned them around. I then moved into the LTL world where I was trained to be a Terminal Manager. I moved between training and helping the facility on a regular basis, working with the dispatch team making major changes, cutting costs and assets drastically.
