About Chad Esch

I am a passionate grower with over a decades experience in large scale cannabis production. I've spent majority of my time as a grower working in Humboldt, Northern California along side some the best legacy growers to ever do it, where competition is stiff and pioneering was at the forefront of every batch. Since then, I've been able to help establish SafriCanna from the ground up, being part of the journey since the inception. From designing the facility, overseeing the construction, developing of procedures and implementation thereof, training of fresh inexperienced staff, managing production from beginning to end and inevitably achieving EU-GMP certification. I've been fortunate enough to work on both sides of the coin, a recreational industry with very little regulation as well as a heavily regulated medical industry where no mistakes can be made because the quality and efficacy of the medicine is of utmost importance.
