About Chad Fairchild

With 20+ years of experience in the defense industry, I offer a unique mix of leadership experience as an active duty Air Force acquisitions officer and an industry leader, engaging winning opportunities with acquisitions officers. My mix of capture management, business development, business acumen, and customer operational expertise enables me to create winning bids, my collaboration skills increase Pwin significantly on any bid to which I am assigned. Among my Capture Team Lead history includes $6.26B of proposal wins in Systems Engineering & Integration, Command and Control, Strategic Position Navigation & Timing, and large Solid Rocket Motors RDT & E, Development & Production. I demonstrate guts, resilience, initiative, and tenacity cultivated throughout my Air Force career and excelling at three large aerospace companies. I learn and apply knowledge to be successful with relaxed, and energetic displays of confidence in my abilities. I practice the capture concept of synthesis – the fusion of disparate information from multiple sources to create a truly integrated customer solution that solves mission and operational issues. Because the dynamic nature of proposal solution and content creation results in winning offers, my capture Team Lead content creation process often results in winning more.
