About Chad Foord

With nearly 2 years of hands-on experience in veterinary recruitment, I’ve had the opportunity to work across both the UK and US markets, supporting practices in finding exceptional veterinary talent and helping veterinary professionals take the next step in their careers. My work spans everything from strategic resourcing and headhunting to candidate sourcing and relationship building. Whether it's placing a new graduate in their first GP role or connecting a seasoned specialist with a referral hospital, I take pride in making the right match for both sides. Veterinary medicine is a demanding profession; finding the right practice shouldn’t be. Are you a veterinarian open to new opportunities, or just curious about what’s out there? Let’s have a conversation - no pressure, just possibilities.
