Background

About Chad Gates

I'm a seasoned manager with over 15 years of experience in operations, team building, project management, and supply chain management. Throughout my career in the manufacturing, production, and automotive sectors, I've built a strong reputation as someone who is continuously identifying methods of improving efficiency and minimizing costs while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. I consider myself an excellent leader and team builder, and the personnel I've managed have consistently exceeded performance benchmarks and productivity metrics. Having worked my way up from a production planner/scheduler and purchasing agent, I'm able to provide a unique perspective that is grounded in the "nuts and bolts" of day-to-day operations. In addition, my organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are second-to-none.
