About Chad Griffith

As a Senior Operations Specialist at Blueground, I leverage my skills in operations and management to optimize the performance of our short-term rental properties. I have over three years of experience in this role, where I manage daily operations, customer service, and marketing strategies. Prior to joining Blueground, I worked as a Field Specialist at Peloton Interactive, where I was responsible for promoting and selling fitness equipment and services. I also have experience as an Apple operations specialist at WIS International, where I created and shared content about products online, participated in trade shows, and built relationships with potential customers. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through effective operations and marketing strategies.
