I’m a data-driven, results oriented expert with a passion for creating efficiencies that help to bring out the best in the team. As a business user and system administrator for Salesforce, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Pardot, I draw from my business knowledge and 10+ years of Salesforce experience to leverage these technologies to help drive business forward in a positive direction. I enjoy an active environment that empowers me to be agile, execute and deliver results. I find it energizing to collaborate with my team, analyze data and provide insights into potential process improvements, strategy updates and then execute positive change. With B2B and B2C experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations in Saas and Financial Services companies, I’ve had the privilege to gain broad experience. Some of the most enjoyable work has been playing the role of Business Analyst/Internal Consultant. In these roles I’ve been able to develop Lead and Sales processes, high performing marketing programs and business process improvements along with reporting to help understand how each performs.
