With nearly a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve had the privilege of building my career from the ground up—literally and figuratively.My career began at the grassroots level as a Foreman in asbestos removal, where I learned the ins and outs of site management and safety protocols. This foundational experience paved the way for my evolution into a Lead Water Technician, where I honed my technical skills and developed a keen eye for detail.From there, my path took me into Project Management and Coordination in repairs, water mitigation, and remediation. I've navigated complex projects, overseen diverse teams, and orchestrated seamless operations to ensure timely and effective solutions. My role extended into sales and estimating for water mitigation, allowing me to blend technical knowledge with strategic insight to drive project success and client satisfaction.In addition to my practical experience, I hold a suite of certifications that underscore my commitment to excellence and safety in the industry: Asbestos Supervisor Certification - Ensuring compliance and safety in asbestos management. IICRC S500 Certification - Mastery in water damage restoration and mitigation. IICRC Applied Structural Drying - Expertise in drying techniques and structural repair. OSHA 30 - Comprehensive understanding of occupational health and safety standards. Forklift Certified - Proficiency in material handling and equipment operation.Beyond my professional qualifications, I’m also a proud Veteran of the Army National Guard.
