About Chad Hosein

Hello, I’m Chad Hosein — a recent Electrical Engineering graduate (B.Sc, University of South Florida), now preparing to pursue my Master’s in Electrical Engineering with a focus on artificial intelligence and smart systems. I’m passionate about combining engineering, sustainability, and innovation to solve real-world problems. I aim to bridge my background in electrical engineering, my interests in AI, renewable energy, and smart technologies, and my lifelong love for running and community leadership. This summer, I’m excited to be starting an internship at Qualitech Machining Services Limited, gaining hands-on experience in precision machining and industrial engineering. Previously, I interned at LG Energy Solution in Holland, MI, contributing to energy engineering efforts in advanced battery manufacturing. During my undergraduate studies, I served as a Peer Mentor Lead and Honors Ambassador at the Judy Genshaft Honors College, helping foster leadership, interdisciplinary learning, and a strong student community. As I move forward, I’m driven to explore how AI and electrical engineering can intersect to expand the scope of what engineers can achieve — building smarter, more sustainable systems for the future.
