About Chad James

I’m a sales manager with 15 years of experience in both hotel and restaurant management, along with a strong sales background from Future Shop. Until recently, I was a Sales Manager/Commissioned Sales Person at Future Shop, where I kept a status of top 10% sales though-out Ontario, while working 40-60 hours bi-weekly as Manager on Duty. I also have a small background in computer repair and AutoCad. Colleagues know me as a highly creative, very motivated worker who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I have a Diploma from Niagara College in Hotel Restaurant Management but have found that Sales is what I thrive at. I’m currently a Field Marketing Representive at Premium Retail Services, where I train upwards of 70 different store locations and about 500 different sales representatives.
