With a PhD in Microbiology and Insect Pathology and over 15 years of experience in biopesticides discovery and development, I am a Project Lead - Biologicals at AgBiome, a leading innovator in crop protection and enhancement. I lead multiple dynamic teams that are finding new ways to harness the power of naturally occurring microbes to improve crop health and productivity. I have a track record of leading successful international projects, securing grants, and driving impactful discoveries in biological control. I have contributed to multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals, showcasing my research and expertise in insect pathology, microbial communities and plant protection. I also have excellent skills in project management, intercultural communication, and leadership, enabling me to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
