Background
About Chad Killian
I’m Chad Killian, a dedicated trainer, mentor, and advocate for workplace integrity and effective leadership. I was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, as the seventh of eight children, and from an early age, I learned the values of resilience, service, and perseverance. For 12 years, I served in law enforcement, rising to the rank of Chief of Police. My career was dedicated to protecting my community, training future officers, and upholding the principles of justice. However, my time in law enforcement came to an abrupt end when my patrol vehicle was struck by a drunk driver, leaving me with a traumatic brain injury. This life-changing event forced me to relearn basic skills, including reading and challenged me in ways I never imagined. Through faith, determination, and the unwavering support of my family, I rebuilt my life and discovered a new purpose. Today, I train and mentor school bus drivers and attendants, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism in student transportation. My experience has taught me that true leadership is more than just policies and procedures—it’s about putting people first. I have seen firsthand how workplace environments can uplift or drain employees, and I am committed to fostering ethical leadership, accountability, and clear communication wherever I go. Faith and integrity should not be confined to Sundays but should guide every aspect of our lives, including our work. Too often, people separate their values from their professional roles, but true success comes from living authentically in all areas of life. My mission is to help create workplaces where people feel valued, respected, and empowered to lead with honesty and compassion. Above all, I am a devoted husband, father, and mentor. I strive to make a lasting impact by sharing my experiences and helping others navigate their challenges. Whether through training, advocacy, or storytelling, I am committed to making a difference—one person at a time. Let’s connect—I look forward to learning about your journey and discovering how we can grow and succeed together.
