About Chad Kuffert

When I was young, I was always amazed at how people ended up with the lives they lead. Careers, homes, family; how did these things come to be? While an endless stream of questions was likely annoying to my parents, or anyone subjected to them, this personality trait would later be leveraged to help me find success as a business development manager. On a surface level, my core focus is sales. What I actually do is manage a flow of information from my manufacturers, suppliers, warehouse staff, sales team, logistics teams (internal and external) and customers (engineers, technicians, installers, managers and business owners) to uncover and maintain sustainable partnerships. Asking questions, similar to what I did as a child, has led to hundreds of new partnerships and thousands of new contacts during my time in sales. While understand I still have a lot to learn, and will always continue my education for professional and personal growth, I have reached a level of success where I am able help others. My family has been impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder and, because of this, I have met many others who need support. I will continue to ask more questions, and create new partnerships, to help individuals on the spectrum find a career, maintain a home and enjoy their family.
