On the product side, Chad has expertise encompassing the entire range of regenerative biologics including burn, trauma, plastic reconstruction, wound management, nerve and tendon and treatment protocol integration. On the organizational side, he is a devoted brand ambassador, strong cross-functional collaborator, and proactive relationship builder who takes the lead in empowering his account managers and distributors in creating a winning culture mindset. Chad has extensive background working with buying influences on both local and national contracting platforms to integrate products into healthcare systems focusing on winning results for both the hospital IDN and Businesses.
