Valley provides each client a custom meal program that operates within their mission and financial parameters. As the Director of Operations, Chad oversees Senior Nutrition Programs that include hot meals, frozen meals and/or a combination of both. Chad’s team goes beyond delivering a meal. They create custom solutions designed for each program based on: • Menu Development • Meal Production • Logistics Valley’s operational efficiency enable senior nutrition programs to provide a quality meal program that saves monies. Clients are able to serve more seniors and focus on operating their agencies. Valley is part of the Elior North America family of companies, with over employees that provides culinary management and catering services to more than 1,100 client accounts in five industry segments across the continental United States.
