For more than 20 years, I have leveraged exceptional operations management and team leadership skills to deliver strong growth, productivity, and efficiency while gaining in-depth exposure across the logistics/transportation field. In this time, I have acquired nuanced exposure to best methods and practices for rail, warehousing, intermodal, and trucking (LTL) operations while earning progressive promotions in recognition of my dedication, expertise, and ability to motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results within high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. My success has been driven by my ability to sit at the hub of a given logistics operation and strengthen “the wheel” by working consistently to fortify the spokes. The result has been repeated achievements in streamlining operations, maximizing productivity, and fostering organization’s supported by finely-tuned systems run by focused and determined teams. At the same time, I have actively embraced new and emerging technologies that serve to maintain the adaptability and flexibility of logistics in periods of rapid, sustained growth. Having gained tremendous insight into many individual areas within transportation, warehousing, and distribution, there is little I do not know about logistics operations, and that knowledge has continued to solidify my reputation as a highly capable expert in the field. I have striven to harness this expertise to push for continued growth, development, and improvement within the operations under my purview and have routinely succeeded in taking on larger and more complex challenges.
