About Chad Lyman

I am an aspiring business leader and entrepreneur with adolescent behavioral treatment and human resource management experience. I am currently working on a Business Administration degree through Utah State University and plan to graduate in December. Prior to my current position I worked as a program director, training employees and overseeing the supervision of over 75 at-risk adolescent students in a residential setting. I also co-founded and helped build two companies from scratch and directed the operations for both companies. Throughout my career, I have been interested in helping organizations develop stronger leadership and function more effectively and efficiently. With the help of some of my associates, we developed a leadership and wellness training that utilizes horses to facilitate and promote education and awareness. I am passionate about inspiring others to reach greater heights, personally and professionally. I try to align myself with those who can inspire and challenge me to become better and improve my skills. Hence, I am constantly focusing on how I influence those whom I interact with. I appreciate the advice of Ronald Reagan who said,"There is no limit to the good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit". I truly believe our lives will be better if we work to help each other improve.
