My 20-year career in the Air Force has shaped my professional perspective; I pride myself on my ability to take charge during a crisis and make difficult decisions based on best practices and my own experience. In every new endeavor, I embrace creativity and prioritize integrity. I believe in the importance of maintaining my team members’ well-being while encouraging their productivity and innovation. Collaboration is often the key to long-term success, and I am energized by finding new methods to motivate my team and exceed our goals. As a leader, I relay information in the right way to the right audience, tailoring my strategies to promote clear communication across teams and departments. My ability to communicate effectively stems from my love of learning. I enjoy exploring our local public library, and as a leader in a local bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure advocacy organization, I am committed to finding new and better solutions to the challenges of daily life and cybersecurity alike.
