About Chad Marshall

I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur. During my first semester at Northern Kentucky University, I started Crystal Clear Cleaning as a commercial-cleaning and residential window-cleaning company. My first client came from my first sales call. I believe in the value of great relationships, and I grew Crystal Clear Cleaning through referrals. I worked full-time in addition to attending college full-time. I built Crystal Clear during my evening and overnight hours, concentrating on my studies during the day. Within six months, Crystal Clear had enough business that I hired two employees. I earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management while expanding Crystal Clear into a full-service facilities company providing commercial-cleaning services: offices, warehouses, floor care and maintenance, carpet cleaning, window cleaning and power washing. By 2005, eight years after the company’s founding, Crystal Clear had 20 full-time employees and $1 million in annual sales. Clients include small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Crystal Clear cleans corporate offices, medical facilities, schools and warehouses. We clean facilities from sq. ft. to sq. ft. Through superior service, we develop long-lasting relationships with our clients in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area. We leave your workplace crystal clear!
