Planning a project and then seeing it completed successfully is something I enjoy very much."If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right". Relationships and team work are a very important part of being successful to me. Nothing can take the place of genuine relationship. My experience as a small business owner has equipped me to be effective in project management and customer relations/service. The challenges of managing multiple tasks at once is something I enjoy. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is something I find rewarding. My experience as a plant manager and superintendent has equipped me to be an effective leader and communicator. I enjoy training associates to be more successful and efficient in their roles. I also enjoy cultivating and developing relationships with associates and customers. I believe I am effective and successful in role/s that require strategic planning and problem solving; customer relations/service; organization; effective communication; attention to detail; schedule planning; project management; process efficiency; team work; leadership
