Chad is the pioneer of “The Practitioner Podcast”, the founder of OverheadAndProfit.com and is also featured on the Insurance Restoration Training Official YouTube Channel. He is a public speaker, trainer and serial entrepreneur. Chad Michael is a property damage expert and insurance supplementing consultant, and was previously an insurance restoration general contractor for over ten years. He has worked on insurance restoration projects all across America - including residential, commercial and industrial (mitigation, contents and reconstruction)- involving damage from hurricanes (twelve and counting); hail and wind storms; fire; water; earthquakes; asbestos; vandalism; pest; tree vs building; collision and more. Chad has been on a mission of helping and assisting industry professionals win at the contractor level, without having to resort to third-party solutions such as public adjusters, appraisals and litigation because of the time required; and time is money in the insurance restoration business.
