About Chad Millington

My core professional focus is the applied use of behavioural science and artificial intelligence to understand, influence, and predict human decision-making. Across entrepreneurship, financial markets, and political campaigning, I have consistently applied behavioural psychology, data-driven insight, and systems thinking to real-world outcomes.I first operationalised behavioural principles in 2003 after founding Geyser Ltd with £250 in startup capital. By analysing customer behaviour, decision friction, and persuasion dynamics, I designed marketing and sales systems that enabled the business—supported by a strong team—to scale into one of the UK’s leading distributors of designer radiators. This experience grounded my understanding of behavioural influence, incentives, and choice architecture in a commercial environment.From 2009 onward, I extended this behavioural lens into the financial markets, where the study of market psychology, cognitive bias, and risk perception has been central to managing my own multi-asset investment portfolio, including equities, bonds, options, and ETFs. This reinforced my interest in predictive decision-making under uncertainty and the interaction between data, emotion, and rational choice.More recently, I have applied behavioural science alongside artificial intelligence and analytics within the political domain. Since becoming a Campaign Co-ordinator in 2024, I have used behavioural insight, messaging frameworks, and emerging AI tools to support campaign strategy, voter engagement, and decision optimisation. My current work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, data, and AI-enabled systems.I am particularly interested in roles where behavioural science and AI are used to design better decision systems, improve influence strategies, and generate actionable insight across complex environments.
