About Chad Mottershead

I am a strong team player, problem solver, and a life-long learner. I hold a diverse set of skills, with experience in commercial construction, naturalization, and data analytics, and an educational background in the humanities. This allows me to quickly grasp complex business processes, communicate with diverse audiences, and make valuable contributions in a wide range of contexts. I am technically literate and have a proven ability to gain new skills quickly, but my real strengths lie in communication, organization and leadership. My experience includes- Managing and developing complex queries, ETL processes, and reports as a Data Analyst at Bob Dale Gloves. Tools used include T-SQL, Excel, Python, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Jet Reports, and Power BI- Using Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS) to schedule and track tree work contracts in Edmonton's River Valley- Supervising operations for a volunteer tree planting program with the City of Edmonton (Root for Trees). I developed reporting, data management, and project management processes in this role, and handled communications and outreach with the public and volunteers.
