About Chad Novak

Driven To Inspire Creative Living Our Mission is to unearth the passions of each individual while reinvigorating the value, motivation, and promise that is found in our many and diverse cultures. The Headwater Foundation works with many populations and organizations to develop and implement programs and projects. These endeavors celebrate thought processes and ways of being that are of remarkable value and yet understated in today’s global community. The Foundation relays, through presentations and workshops, the value of these diverging learning paradigms - and their value for the 21st century. Whether a company, an educational institution, or a public service group trying to address this new skill set the Headwater Foundation and its foresight and researched based tenants will be of import as your organization remains viable in this new millinium. The Foundation continues to work extensively with individuals, Native populations, families, and organizations to better inform all vested parties in the value of divergent thought processes and culture. We are at a critical point, where researchers are beginning to understanding that cultural influences have a more significant impact on social and individual development than the human genome. With this at the fore, the Foundation works to bring Native, organizational, and personal culture into each encounter – revitalizing the inherent and fundamental power of story, motivation, and personal narrative.
