Early on in his entrepreneurial career, he owned an auto dealership and had founded a nation-wide known lifestyle apparel company dedicated to encourage outdoor adventure. Now in his twenties, Chad’s most notable business to date is HERA | HERO, a lifestyle and active wear company he co-founded and built in 2017 using his extensive background in the apparel and fashion industry. As a hands-on chief executive officer, he has transformed HERA | HERO into a seven-figure company with clients from more than 90 countries in less than one year. With no investors to start and with only 16 SKUs, Chad was able to scale the company to over 170 SKU’s in just a little over a year. The company, which is known for its distinct aesthetic taper-fit design, has become his fourth multi-million dollar endeavor. A business maverick to the bone, Chad’s other current ventures include owning investment real estate with several entities, while maintaining a integral role at Global Elite Group, a Talent management & business/brand consulting company. Chad leads with his tested skills in retail, sales, team building, management, and marketing.
