I am qualified CPA with over 15 years of financial accounting experience and 8+ years finance leadership experience. I'm a commercial and strategic-minded individual with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within multinational organisations. Known as an excellent communicator with experience working directly with Board of Directors, owners, CEOs, executives, regulators, legal firms, accounting, tax and audit service firms and financial institutions. Over my career, I have developed business strategies, finance forecasts and budgeting models and built strategic plans for the organisations that I have worked for. I'm proficient in IFRS as well as US GAAP. and have expertise and experience in areas including commercial contract negotiations, cash flow management, internal controls, capital/debt raising, acquisitions, business disposals and restructuring, supply chain management, HR and payroll functions as well as tax, compliance, company secretary, financial reporting, research & development and regulatory filing requirements.
